Can you process payroll?
Not really. Each state has their own payroll requirements and documents which are required. While I could be helpful in finding you the right service to help you with this, or researching exactly what you might need, I’m not a Payroll specialist, CPA or a bookkeeper. That’s who you want for payroll stuff. :)
Can you do project management?
Yup! I can either set you & your team up with an updated workflow and then let you take it from there, or you can bring me in to project-manage a larger campaign, like a launch.
I just need someone to talk to me for a couple hours and tell me what to do. Is that a thing?
Mayyyybe…. :) If you don't believe your body of work will fit within the three plans outlined on the Work with Me page, then set up a discovery call and we can determine if there's another way to work together.
Do you perform legal work?
I am a lawyer by training. That means I went to law school (and crushed it, IMO). However, I am not currently licensed to practice. So, I can perform research to help answer questions, and I can perform certain works (e.g. draft a handbook or policy), but to make sure you're totally good, we'd need to liaise with external counsel to make sure you're covered. Y’know, legally. :)

I believe that the weird and unique combination of my education (law degree, NBD), experience (I’ve helped startups go from “really cool idea” to “multi-million dollar company”), and natural talent (what can I say, frameworks are my love language), have turned me into a one-of-a-kind Operations Expert who’s extra-tuned-in to the needs & challenges of startups and small companies.
